My work is shaped by lived experience, formal training, and ongoing relationship with horses, humans, and the field itself.

It is not a measure of worth or authority, but a record of the lineages that have informed how I listen, work, and serve.
A Living Foundation
Before any formal training, my foundation was built through childhood with horses — learning presence, sensitivity, and non-verbal communication long before I had language for it.
The trainings listed below did not create my work.
They gave it structure, shared language, and permission to be offered in the world.

Reiki was the beginning of my formal energy healing path. I began Reiki training in December 2022, and it continues to inform how I hold space, regulate nervous systems, and work with subtle energy in a grounded, respectful way.

I began my Masterson Method journey in October 2020.
This work provided a foundational framework for listening to the horse’s nervous system, following subtle responses, and allowing release without force. The principles of softness, consent, and horse-led communication remain woven throughout my sessions today​​
Ongoing Learning
My education continues through mentorship, observation, client work, and most importantly, through horses themselves.
This lineage is not static.
It evolves as the field evolves, and as each horse and human teaches something new.
