Illume Field offerings are shaped through presence, relationship, and listening rather than automation or standardization. These Terms & Conditions exist to create shared understanding and clear agreements so the work can unfold with care.
By submitting an inquiry or participating in an Illume Field offering, you agree to the following.
Booking & Confirmation
Illume Field does not operate on automated booking or scheduling systems. All offerings are confirmed through direct communication. Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability or participation.
Details regarding timing, location, format, and investment are agreed upon together before any work begins.
Investments & Payment
Pricing is shared transparently on the Booking page and confirmed during scheduling conversations. Payment details and timing are communicated clearly once an offering is agreed upon.
Accepted payment methods include Venmo, PayPal, Square unless otherwise arranged.
Cancellations & Changes
Illume Field offerings often involve preparation, travel, coordination with horses, and the use of land or facilities. Because of this, cancellations and rescheduling are handled thoughtfully and on a case-by-case basis.
Any cancellation or rescheduling terms are discussed and agreed upon at the time of confirmation.
Participation & Conduct
Participants are expected to engage with respect for horses, people, property, land, and boundaries. This includes following safety guidance and honoring consent at all times.
Illume Field reserves the right to pause or end an experience if safety, consent, or respectful engagement is compromised.
Nature of the Work
Each Illume Field experience is unique. No guarantees are made regarding insights, emotional shifts, relational outcomes, or results.
Illume Field offerings are experiential and educational in nature and do not replace medical, veterinary, or mental health care.
Intellectual Property
All written content, teachings, language, and materials shared through Illume Field remain the intellectual property of Illume Field unless otherwise stated. Content may not be reproduced or distributed without permission.
Changes to Offerings
Illume Field may update offerings, pricing, or structure over time. Any changes are made with transparency and communication.
Governing Law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of the state in which Illume Field operates.
